Real diamonds would make the ring worth $25,000 or more.  Mr. Balfour's initials, "LGB" are on the inside of the ring to authenticate it.  It also comes with the original Balfour ring holder/box.  The ring is in MINT condition.  It is believed to be a size 12.5   Place a Bid!
