The blue felt on gold silk banner is in Ex/mt+ condition, with tack holes in each corner,and some light overall wear. It measures 35 1/2" x 17 1/4". This was Frank Leahy's first year, and the year of the famous 0-0 tie with Army. Player's names are listed inside the football, surrounded by the scores of 9 games. One of the players, Angelo Bertinelli, won the Heisman Trophy that year. A great quality Notre Dame collectible, one that would be show stopper paired with a uniform, program, pennant, photo, autographed football, or any other Fighting Irish display item.
