This Collectable is one of my favorite! There's a GREAT story that comes with this Autographed Rocco Mediate golf cap, from the 2008 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines. As we all know, This years U.S. Open was an epic battle between Tiger Woods and Rocco Mediate (my favorite PGA PRO). As Mondays Sudden Death round came to an end, I had to talk my way into the Media arena. Showing my Industry badge to a Security Guard, and putting my own twist on things, I was allowed to enter the Media Sight. As the Media Crews from every channel I can think of including ESPN and The Golf Channel, I daringly raised my hand to ask Rocco a question about the His home course Totter Ridge, and what his fan base in PA were going to do when he returned home (A CHAMPION, in my opinnion). Being the Gentlman that Rocco is, He answered my question (knowing I was not with the Media) and then came down, Signed this cap and shook my hand. This Entire episode was recorded and in some areas televised!!!!! I received many phone calls from friends and associates asking me, "How did you do that"? - So, Long STORY short. This is one of my most prized peices. And it TRULEY was an EPIC Battle between The Worlds number 1 Player, and a Sincere, Origional Veteran that will go down in HISTORY for his Will to Challenge the worlds best, on the Golf Course that only TIGER wins on!
