Description
This is it folks -- the best rookie card of the best tennis player in the world. Not just now -- EVER. Period. 13 Grand Slams under his belt and he WILL break the record next year. The guy is an absolute icon and he will be remembered 'til the end of time. There are only 25 of these and once they're all in collectors' hands -- which, according to rumors, is getting very close now -- you will not get another option any time soon. Certainly not for this kind of price range. I mean, come on, are you kidding me?? 25 of these and that's it! He doesn't have any other rookie cards. This is it folks. The last 9.5 sold for $4,500 back in May 2008 and that was before the US Open -- see the snapshot here http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/4099/fed95gemcz7.jpg Let's look at Lebron James. Lebron has approx. 20 different rookie cards. Some of these are numbered to 100, some to 50, some to 1,000. His Exquisite RC, #'d to 100, goes for 10k(check it out on ebay). The Gold version of that card, #'d to 23, goes for 19k (also on ebay right now). Tiger Woods' RC is #'d to 900 and they go for $10k a pop. Roger is right up there with these guys -- he has dominated the sport like no other in the history of the sport. #1 in the world for a record 237 consecutive weeks -- absolutely SMASHING (pun intended) the previous records: 1. Roger Federer 237 2. Jimmy Connors 160 3. Ivan Lendl 157 4. Pete Sampras 102 The bottom line is that there are 25 of these in the world and they are so amazingly undervalued right now. Want to make the best investment you've ever made? Buy one of these (or more) and hold on to them for 2 years. Or even 1 year -- as soon as he gets 2 more grand slams and breaks the record, this thing will double. 5 years? Who knows... Wondering why I'm selling it then? I need the dollars...
