It is 24" long (not including the tassels) x 7 1/2" wide. The pennant is a soft felt material, has great graphics and is in great condition. The tip is slightly blunted, but is in nice condition. I cannot see any pin holes in the pennant.  The Homestead Grays were a professional baseball team that played in the Negro Leagues. The team was formed in 1912 by Cumberland Posey and would remain in continuous operation for 38 seasons. The team was based in Homestead Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. Josh Gibson and Buck Leonard spent part of their careers with Homestead. In the 1930s and 1940s they played their home games at Pittsburgh's Forbes Field. The Grays won 3 Negro League World Series Championships. This is really a unique, nice looking pennant that would be a great addition to your collection! Paypal, money orders & checks accepted.
